what is your return policy?

due to the unique nature of these stones, all orders are final sale. each stone is sourced intentionally and and is priced competitively.
please review all photos and descriptions before purchase !!
when will i receive my item?

for in stock loose diamonds, shipping and handling is expected to take 6-12 business days. for custom items, lead time will be provided at the time of quote.
all items are shipped fully insured.
are all stones certified?

we strive to bring the best deals to our customers. many of our stones are certified (this will be mentioned in the listing) however certification is lengthy and at a cost, so occasionally we’ll offer uncertified stones at an even better price.
you are welcome to get the stone certified yourself or in certain cases, we can offer certification for an added fee.
how long is the custom jewelry process?

depending on the degree of customization, the process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. simple settings are generally completed in a few weeks, while cutting a custom diamond can take up to a few months, depending on the size, color, setting, and number of design iterations.

if i buy an off-the-shelf stone, can i get a custom setting?

all off-the-shelf stones have the the option to add a custom setting. to start the process, submit the contact form with the setting request and desired stone, and our team will reach out to request details and provide a quote.
we highly suggest purchasing the stone before submitting the setting request, because there are no guarantees that the stone will still be available once the setting is quoted.
once quoted, you’ll have the option to move forward with the setting, or omit the setting and have only the loose diamond shipped to you.
make sure to submit your setting request within 24 hours of stone purchase so we know to hold off on shipping the stone to you!
